Hi phoned yesterday for assistance regarding my clearance and for a refund on the extra funds that’s were taken on my last debit. A lady by the name of Mishkah assisted and wow I never expected a call back to update on which clearance letters she managed I was expecting an email but she phoned and emailed me. Again this morning I wake up to an email from her updating me on what later she’s waiting for so that I can get my refund
