I have been dealing with different people and they were ignoring my whatsapp and every time I call i was holding the line for too long. Until I was helped by Marry N she was very kind and very friendly even though I am still waiting for my clearance but she promised me that Friday she will give me an update and it was the first time I received a call from MSD consulting employee confirming that she received my documents.
