Manipulated to be put under debt review

Last year on the 3rd of July 2023 , it was during the holidays I received a call from this MSD consulting of which I new nothing about them. The lady I didn’t get the name thou but she was Indian started going on about how I m being overcharged and that the NCR is not aware of that. As she went on telling me how she can help me without mentioning that was gonna put me under debt review. I gave her my details because she seemed to know everything about me and my debts, so as I was doing that , when I then realised that nooooooo this is now going to combine all my debts and I don’t have a problem with them as I was paying them. It was too late that I had followed through her instructions and signed of my credit freedom. I immediately called them back asking them to cancel that thing of which that lady manipulated me into thinking that she was a God sent from NCR. I was told to pay R2000.00 which I felt that it is unfair but because I was trying to cancel so that my name is not ruined. It was already late letters to my creditors was already sent. Till now I still have that red flag, of which it is now made as if I voluntarily asked for it. I called them on the 24June 2024 pleading with them spoke to Laure-Ann Jordaan she said she will send the rejection form to creditor to clear my name she didn’t do that. I m still painted red. Please help
