Light at the end of the tunnel
On the 30th Sept 2020, I was wrongly placed under Debt Review. My Accounts were flagged almost immediately and I fell into a state of despair. With numerous unanswered calls & emails to the debt review agency, I felt like my plea fell on deaf ears. That is, until a Guardian Angel called Sa****a Esack contacted me. She was gentle in her approach, very open minded and eager to hear my side of the story. Thanx to her efforts and positive attitude I have been able to successfully cancel the debt review process with the company. As a true testament of her character she has gone above & beyond in trying to assist with getting me unflagged by the NCR. Though the road ahead is still long & uncertain, I feel a bit more at ease, knowing I'm not in this fight alone. I am truly grateful to have crossed paths with this compassionate being.
Mr Derron Crouch blatantly disregards any email requests sent from me enquiring whether the matter has been settled and whether I can receive a letter to say my name has been inflated by the credit bureau.
The last correspondence received 2 years ago said the case had gone to court and the judges ruled in my favour to remove the flag. Yet my name is still flagged. Explain this!!!
