Frustrated and disappointed consumer

Worst agency I have ever dealt with.

They don't respond to emails, drop calls, don't answer WhatsApp. Basically after signing with them, the debt counselor can do as they please with your money. They failed to restructure my debt when account get paid up. After paying off some accounts, they kept paying the accounts and there was absolutely no way I'd stop them because they don't respond to communication.

They were not upfront with a lot of fees that reflect on my statement, which I had to fight to get after paying for 3 months and not knowing what was going on.

Now I have appointed an attorney to try and remove my name, they won't provide her with the necessary documents. They won't respond to the emails from the car financing department for a refund of the money they have been paying although I told them the account was settled.

I am so frustrated because besides paying for their lawyer fees, I'm now paying another lawyer and loosing money in the process as they kept paying closed accounts. Had to move my salary to a different bank because of how difficult it is to communicate with them.

So now I can't remove my name from debt review nor cn I get my refund for the car installments they have been paying.
