FALSE INFO PROVIDE TO ME DEBT RESTRUCTURING INSTEAD OF DEBT REVIEW

WOW SO DISAPPOINTING AND INFURIATING. THESE people ghost you on whatsapp nor replying although I can see that they are ONLINE, when you call you get either no answer or you put on hold till you're cut off! A few weeks ago, I received a call from this company claiming they could LOWER ALL MY INTEREST RATES ON MY DEBIT ORDERS. They also mentioned that I had been chosen by the NCR to help me save money. This immediately raised alarm bells for me. Although I thought it sounded too good to be true, I decided to hear them out and stayed on the call. They requested my ID, and unfortunately, I provided it to them. With just this information, they were able to access all my financial details, including the total amount of my monthly debit orders. Despite their persistence, I declined, and and said over over and over that I don’t want debt review which the consultant ensures me this is not debt review, they are only lower my interest with my creditors. During that time, I conducted some research and discovered that these individuals often mislead people into debt reviews using only their ID and bank account number. The same day I called again and said they must cancel the process days later, but they still sent the letter to my creditors and flagged me and insisted that I must pay them R500 IN ORDER TO HELP ME. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS PEOPLE THEY JUST CARE ABOUT SALES AND NOT ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE.
