I have been battling for months to get the proper feedback from MSD Consulting.

My dad has completed the programme with MSD , we have been struggling to get the required feedback as to how far the case is and when we would be issued with a clearance certificate. Nobody at MSD could tell me how far we were with the case - Nobody.

I was then referred me to Craig.

I sent Craig a message and was assisted within a few hours. A FEW HOURS FROM STRUGGLING FOR A FEW MONTHS! WOW!

He gave me a call and explained he would try and assist and get back to me by COB or sooner... Before 12h00 I had received my dads clearance certificate along with another call explaining how the removal of the red flag works.

CRAIG , if you ever come across this - I am extremely happy that I came across you , Your customer service is extraordinary. You are extremely sincere and patient. You actually do take the initiative and time to help clients. MSD definitely needs more staff like you!!
