Extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service. I app**** for a clearance certificate on 11 September 2025 and still haven’t received any response, Form 19, or invoice. It’s been way past the 5–21 working days they claim it takes, and it feels like no progress has been made at all. My debt was small, yet the process has been dragged out with zero communication. This level of inefficiency and disregard for clients is unacceptable.
