Zulfah Ismail is best! I would give her 100 stars if I could! She was helpful and patient from start to finish. We started communicating on, 12 February 2025, about issuing my credit clearance certificate and I finally got it today, 21st of February 2025 (sigh of relief!). She guided me throughout the whole process on how to go about getting my paid up letters, she was reassuring and made it clear what happens next, which got me going. She said I’ll get the certificate today, and indeed I did. I am beyond excited!
