Excellent customer service
Spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Sharna today. She was so helpful and answered all my questions relating to my clearance certificate. I am waiting for it for the past two weeks and one of my paid up letter was missing. She gets a 5 star rating as I truly appreciated her help. Now fingers crossed I get it on Friday.

Zero star rating
I sent all my paid up letters required to obtain my clearance certificate on the 4th of November to Mishqah from the clearance department. I was then told to wait 7 days. Before the 7 days was up I asked her if I needed to submit any other documents. She rep**** that I will receive it on the Friday 15th Nov which was 9 days later. On the Friday I get an e-mail saying some letters are missing after me asking her prior, if everything was in order. She assured me I will get it that day.
When I called her she said the lady- Aneeqa will send it to her that Saturday 16th and she will forward it to me on Monday 18th. Sent her countless e-mails after that and no response. Spoke to another lady by the name of Sharna which I gave a 5 star rating as she was very understanding and also assured me I will be getting my clearance certificate today. 22nd November. Now today, I Tried calling them many times to get an update but to no avail. The laws clearly states that " A consumer who's debts have been re-arranged , in terms of part D of this chapter must be issued with a clearance certificate by the debt counselor within 7 days. I would appreciate my clearance certificate be issued promptly and if do not get it , I will be logging a complaint to the National Consumer Tribunal.
I will keep you updated if I get any feedback in regards to this matter.
