I want to extend the most gratitude and appreciation to one of your staff members who ahs gone over and above to assist me.

She was never rude or impatient towards me. She was always understanding and made me always feel appreciated.

I have never met a consultant that speaks to a customer as if she was going through the issues with me.

Each time I called if she was not available, she would call back and never did she complain even when I called several times on one day.

I would truly like to say that this young lady is an amazing asset to your team and wish her everything of the best I her venture going forward.
