Double debited and very frustrated

On the 30th of September my first installment was due and I was double debited for the same loan. I was debit by Msd consulting and the loan company. I contacted Msd consulting regarding this matter and their response are "we will get back to you with feedback regarding this". When I no tried to contact them no response and no refund it's been 2 weeks now and the turnaround time for the refund are way past its due date. Spoke to a lady named Logan the other day and no payments up to date
