Dknt care about the clients once they sign them

Very bad service ..no response on phones n smses once u become their client they don't care .I have been sending emails n wasap because my home loan has not been paid no one want to answer they just ignore n move on with life .I'm very frustrated this company is useless pls dont join it pls
