DISSATISFACTION OF SERVICE - MSD CONSULTING - DEBT REVIEW COMPANY

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from MSD Consulting. I have been under debt review with them for 25 months, and to this day my debt review has still not been finalized. They have been deducting money from my account every single month without fail, yet there has been absolutely no meaningful progress or clear communication regarding my case.

Every time I call their offices, I get no answers—just the same generic response that they will “look into the matter” and “get back to me.” They never do. Not once has anyone followed up as promised. I constantly have to chase them for updates, and it feels like I am being completely ignored.

To make matters worse, every time I call, I have to speak to someone new. There is no continuity, no accountability, and no proper case management. I have to repeat my entire story and explain the issues all over again, only to receive the same empty promises. It is incredibly frustrating and emotionally draining.

What is even more concerning is that during my first call, I was advised that calls are recorded. Based on that, I later requested a copy of the recording for reference, only to be told that their calls are not recorded and that I cannot obtain any recording. This contradiction raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty.

After more than two years of deductions with no finalization, no proper feedback, and conflicting information about call recordings, I feel completely let down and misled. I would not recommend MSD Consulting to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and transparent debt review services.
