Dissapointed

I was very happy honor Azraa's request, by writing a review and mention her name as she requested. She committed to assist me with my clearance certificate and cancel my debit order because all accounts have been paid now. A different person is handling my account now and all correspondence has been forwarded. I am not receiving my monthly statements and have been back and forth to my bank who even spoke to Azraa on the phone too, confirming that MSD consultants have paid into an account that was paid up and closed, so they have to re-allocate that payment to my loan account, a very small balance of roughly R 300 which was confirmed by my bank and Azraa has to paid directly to the creditor. I am still waiting for an updated statement, reflecting the amount paid into the closed acccount to be re-direcred to the other account. I simply cannot understand why I should keep paying if the accounts has already been paid????? I am very dissapointed that Azraa who assisted me and really made such an effort to help me and knew exactly what was happening with my accounts, are now suddenly not dealing with it anymore.
