Disappointed About Customer Service
I have recently started a debt review process with MSD Consulting.
After my calls confirming all my debit orders were canceled they agreed and that was not done. They promised to get me a refund but they never call back for feedback and provide inaccurate information.
They are not living up to their promise and I have been the only one contacting them for feedback.
My creditor has been requesting information from them and they send incorrect information and my refund will not be paid.
Stay away.
