Debt review to be removed by Msd consulting after they said i wont be placed under debt review. Please help

I have contacted MSD consulting a few months ago as i was ill and was affraid if i dont pay a full inst on my standard acc only i would be in trouble. I was waiting for insurance to pay out. I spoke to Brenda and she assured me i will not be listed as debt review. She actually did nothing to help. Just took money from my acc which was their charges. My accounts was settled by myself. I notified them just to hear i must pay a few thousand to remove me from debt review. I clearly stated i dont want their help if the place me under debt review. Now i struggle to get the debt review off my name
