Debt review removal

I have been following up for the past 4 months and I have no feedback as Kashiefa has been avoiding my emails as well as calls. I am currently frustrated because everything that was requested which are paid up laters have been provided but no one is assisting me with removing the debt review status. This is my last attempt of reaching out to you guys , please assist , failure to do so I’ll have to start a legal process to lodge a *****ulent case against you, because what service is this ?
