Having received the poorest of service from the onset and being disappointed after every long drawn out call and waiting for the call to be answered to it being dropped I felt I should just give up.

My last attempt and then everything changed for the better after having Tasneem David's take my call. Prompt, efficient and a breath of fresh air to deal with. Holds true to her word of when she says will call you back. And when she does call things are much clearer. Tasneem you truly are an asset to your company. You have cleared my many misconceptions as placed on this site by many dissatisfied customers... Yes there are still some rotten Appels but not all can be painted with the same brush. And clearly you stand out from the rest.. Thank you thank you for all your kindness and reasoning.. Keep up the good work and hopefully what you have in strength can rub off on other..
