Complaints about MSD consulting.
The service was good at first. Now that they have deducted over double the amount we agreed on nobody attends to my query. I have called, and was given an email: ***. I emailed last week Friday and up to today, there's no response or acknowledgement, but silence. When I whatsapp the customer service, there's no response either. It seems that they want to continue with this even on the next deduction.
