Complaint: Failure to Cancel Debt Review Application and Unauthorized Debit Mandate

I am extremely frustrated with MSD Consulting and their payment partner (DC Partner).

I signed a mandate for debt review but CANCELLED the application shortly after and did NOT submit any required documents or make any payments.

Despite: - Sending emails requesting cancellation - Calling their offices - Being told the matter would be escalated

I have received NO response.

Meanwhile, a debit order of R2,591.11 has been loaded on my account.

This is unacceptable.

I have clearly revoked my consent and any attempt to debit my account will be treated as unauthorized.

I request: - Immediate written confirmation of cancellation - Removal of the debit order mandate - Confirmation that I am NOT under debt review

If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate this matter to the National Credit Regulator and the Banking Ombudsman. The lady that was helping me Tiffany was so kind with the application, but now she is not responsive when I want to cancel the application.
