Communication is pathetic

Their communication is pathetic. I've been on maternity leave for four months and told them I will only be getting my UIF so they should start deducting again from July. Every month was a nightmare to get them to refund my funds, need to tell them the exact same thing every month, and they never respond on whatsapp not even just to say "message received will send your query to the relevant person" they make me voice call all day just for them to tell me to contact someone else, my mistake was not taking screenshots of the messages on whatsapp because it all dissapear after 30 days. They're pathetic.
