Clearance certificate

Good day I am mr pc batatu I joined MSD consulting to help me reduce my debts amount.. I found my self on debit review that was nothing because they explained that I won't be able to make any loans until I finish paying my accounts and have paid up letters. That what I did paid all my accounts and got my paid up letter and now I am struggling to remove red flag under my name.. Its be long n while emailing my paid up letters to update my credit history again and again Just wish I can get advices on which door should I knock on in order I can update my credit history
