Cannot sort out nothing

After being with them for over 2 years, and not getting any joy, I left, upon which they sent me a form17, stating that I am uncooperative. My debt was paid every month faithfully. They could not sort my accounts out after numerous queries. They refuse to supply my form 16, which I have requested multiple times. I have now reported them to NCR, and am going to the ombudsman. Service is pathetic to say the least. This will probably be get reported, as do all negative reviews about them.
