Bad services MSD Consultant
I finished payments of my debts in February 2024, but I'm still on the debt review system. Easy to get into the system but difficult to get out of the review and they still debit money in my bank account and when I file for a refund it takes the whole month to get help. Mr Shakeel of MSD Consultant acted like he wanted to help me but after 2 months of sending me endless and worthless emails trying to get me to give him a good reviews and as soon as I wrote that good reviews about him, he got vanished and he is no longer answering my important emails anymore. MSD Consultant never cares about people's lives and their negative impact on people's lives it's like a joke to them because they never care about releasing you from the system but only care about getting you into the system. From February I have been promised the clearance certificate, but I'm still waiting for it until now in September 2024 and waiting for my refund of debited money last month in August 2024.

It's easy to get in but difficult to get out of the debt review. 6 months now waiting for clearance letter, instead they unprofessionally scanned me a **** letter trying to convince me to believe it's a clearance letter. When I check my credit record at credit bureau, it always says I'm under debt review even though I have finished repayments on my loans.
