Bad services experiences from MSD Consulting

I absolutely would not recommend MSD Consulting to anyone, I can not imagine putting anyone through hell that the company is putting me through right now at the moment because there is no absolutely help when you need one. They told me that I'm out of the debt review system but they won't stop debiting money from your bank account and when i try to file for a refund i get the refund money back on the day they are suppose to debit the money from my bank account, in other words you get the refund back then they take it back, you will just see on the bank statement that there was a DC refund then the money has been taken back again. I mean you file for a refund earlier on the month while it's still fresh and you get the refund money month end on the day they are suppose to debit again. Why would they continue debiting money from the client bank account while the client is no longer owing any loans. This just don't make any sense to me and I regard what there are doing with playing with clients emotions and money because they don't not cancel the debit order as soon as you finish loans repayments. It's hell of a ride for me and I'm not happy with the MSD Consulting company services at all. They owe me a refund for the debited money on the 24th of August 2024, they have my 3 months bank statement, Dispute agreement form and ID copy that I have sent to them month end of August as evidence so that they can initiate a refund but still nothing happening. The consultants that there are suppose to be helping through this hell they all just went AWOL on you.
