Bad service amd don't care for the customer

This company is a joke. I was wrongfully placed under debt review. An application I did not aprove to go forward. I contacted MSD in regard to the error. It has now been 2 weeks with no update and according to my banks they have still not been sent a 17.2 form to stop the order. I have contacted and followed up multiple times. Its amazing how quick they willing to place you under debt review but can't assist when its done in error. Don't use MSD they will just make your life difficult.
