Bad and misleading service

I received a call on 24 October 2024 from this MSD consulting of which I new nothing about them. The lady by the name ****any told me Im being overcharged . She went on telling me how she can help me. I gave her my details because she seemed to know everything about me and my debts, so as I was doing thats, when I then realised that this is now going to combine all my debts and I don’t have a problem with them as I was paying them. It was too late that I had followed through her instructions and signed of my credit freedom and accepted the debicheck as well , which meant she had ******* me to accept being under debt review of which l ddnt wish to be flaged or be put under debt review. I quickly called their office back soon after realising as I need the process to be undone n the debicheck from msd to be canceled as well but l was being tossed around from one agent to another, who kept on saying they will call me back bt didnt. On 28th that's when l complained when they answered my call and they said l should pay R350 for them to cancel. I paid the money grievingly as l wanted nothing to do with them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to listen what this msd consultants say to you once you answer their call ( just drop it, soon after hearing they're from msd
