Absolute bad service, unprofessional staff and bad communication

If u could review it with - stars it woukd not be enough. I was tild to move my debt review to them as the one i was with at the time was was ****ming me. I should have have done my research before hand but i believed i was making the right choucr as the person i spike to realy sold their company to me. Kudos to her.

I joined them in April with alot of promises made etc to find out that i gave been paying them and they have not contacted any of the debt people to get agreement. My file was still with previous company and that vehicle finance wants to collect my vehicle due to non payment. I called, emailed to be told they cant do anything. I requested that senior management phone me but nothing. I am told i am a bully by the junior staff when i do get upset when im not getting any answers.

They talk smoith but the service is horrible. I will not recommend this company...
