We went on an MSC Cruise 08/12/2025 to 12/12/2025 with booking numbers ***676024, from Durban to Maputo, the mistake we made was to register our credit cards on the app, they then debited 250 USD, which was promised to be refunded 72 hours after the cruise, up to today we still do not have that money, we have emailed customer care and contacted MSC cruises on *** with no assistance nor return of the funds, was that an MSC ****?
