Ms Debt Advisors are not what they claim to be

Ms Debt Advisors debited R5000 from my account in January even though I was ntot legally their client. It was a long gruesome fight to get my money back. Surprisingly they debittef the same amount of cash again on the 22nd May 2025. I called them on the same day demanding an immediate refund which they promised would reflect on my account on Friday morning 23rd. Realizing that money was nt reflecting the following day, I called to enquire what was happening . . No one responded until I wrote a review about them and posted here. Amanda threatened me that I'd only get my refund if I removed the review. Later onr Amanda had a guy who claimed to be the manager to speak to me and also requested me to remove the review which I refused. They indisted I must write a review and apologize and tell the public the issue was resolved but I told them I'd only do that after my monry was refunded. They **** to me that payment was mafe on Thursdsy and that it was going to reflect in the morning, which they changed later and said it would reflect before 18:00. As I post this rebiew now, Ms Debt Advisors have mot refunded me my R5000 and I have now reported them to the NCR for ***** and possible ****.
