MS Debt Advisors
Based on recent customer reviews, MS Debt Advisors receives sharply divided feedback. Satisfied clients consistently praise individual consultants, particularly Amanda and Mishqah, for attentive support, clear communication, and helping them progress toward becoming debt free. However, a recurring and serious theme involves allegations of unauthorised debit orders, disputed power of attorney documents, and difficulty securing refunds. Several customers also raise concerns about unsolicited contact and the handling of personal information. The overall picture suggests strong frontline service for enrolled clients alongside significant trust and compliance concerns raised by others.

I paid 5 August 2025 to have my name removed from Debt review. It's almost a year later and I am still waiting fot it to be removed. When I call, they take my details and say they will get back to me and never do. Do not use them.

We received unsolicited calls from this company offering to "assist" us with our debt. We only have an up-to-date home loan. What bothers me is they had info they could not have obtained without breaching the Popia act, including ID numbers, exact amount outstanding and what we've been overpaying. They also sent an SMS during this phone call that stated we gave permission for them to do a credit check. We did not consent to anything.
