I need my refund from Ms Debt Advisors

I have had a terrible experience with Ms Debt Advisors.i was falsely mis informed about my account was told its in arrears .then i was encouraged to cancell the company i was under which i could not as i had to check what happened.i accepted thier de*****eck and i insisted i will give them a go ahead when im sorted they agreed and told dont worry we will help you To my shock they went ahead and deducted my fund when i asked why they said dont worry your account will be paid .next thing im recieving emails that says i asked to be tranfered to them ..which i did not .there was a power of Attorney letter which i did not sign or agree on.i did not sign any paper work them.i have been phoning for them to refund my funds as they did not pay my funds they are no longer responding to my emails ,whatsaapp or calls..All i need is my refund from Ms Debt Advisors to pay my account
