I need my refund

Ms Debt advisors is terrible..i m battling to get my refund from this company .f They deducted my money for my account which they its still under another company they forged my signature for a power of Attorney letter that i was not aware of and did not agree to . I did not sign any paper work with them ..they were trying to transfer my account without my knowledge and also **** that my account is in arears. I need them to refund me R7000 is not a joke
