debt review not doing what they have to.

I received a call and was informed that they can make my debt review less to what I was already paying, and it took a few minutes to change to then and all was done quickly. the end of the month they took there money. when I ask them to send me a account to show me what was paid the I keep on just getting a sms that does not make sens. The first month I received my one account's statement and discovered that they did not pay anything towards my debt I gave then a change the next month the same on the 3rd month I discovered that there was nothing paid over to any of the three debtors that they should have paid. so now I am again in arrears after I come right so I really need to let people know this company just take your money and do nothing.
