Worst service provider

<p>They offered me a cellphone contract last year, and I told them to debit my account on the 1st, because I get paid on the last day of the month. In december they decided they will debit my account on the 15th, and now in January they debited my account on the 26th. On who's authority, I don't know. Who's going to pay for the returned debit order because the bank charges me if a debit order returns unpaid??? Their network is also very poor. Please stick to the debit date that we agreed on, DO NOT CHANGE IT WHENEVER YOU FEEL LIKE DOING SO. I also do not get any statements, I asked for this in October 2016, but to date I have not recieved a statement!</p>
