Worst Service ever recieved for MR Price Cellular

I am writing this out of absolute frustration and anger regarding the TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I’ve had with Mr Price Cellular regarding my phone. Since the 9th of October, I have been sent from pillar to post, made to wait endlessly, and have received nothing but a lack of accountability!! I am always promised that the issue will be resolved, but instead, I am faced with the same line “SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU” This process has been exhausting and completely UNACCEPTABLE! How much longer am I expected to wait, or be passed off to yet another person who only pushes my problem aside? We are already in a new month! To any potential customers, STAY FAR AWAY from purchasing devices from Mr Price Cellular. The service has been appalling, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds!!
