Worst service ever!!!

<p>Good day, i was contacted by mrpmobile with offer on a prestigio table, this tablet was delivered to me on the 24/05/2016. Ever since then the tablet is not working, does not read their sim card or any other sim card. I have been calling their number ***since last week and i can never get through to anyone, so the question I'm asking myself is how do they expect to do business with the public if they can't even get call centre staff to answer their phones. I'm totally disgusted by the lack of service and after numerous attempts to get hold of this company and also having sent an email to ***, I want nothing more to do with the company. Can anyone who gives any care about customers make sure I'm contacted as i want to return the tablet. I refuse to keep and pay for a gadget which is not working. Make sure my contract is cancelled and collect the useless item you sent me. I want nothing more to do with the company</p>
