WORST MOBILE INSURANCE

Worst insurance ever, I purchased a cellphone with them then I insured my with cellphone with them "Guardrisk" l logged a claim since my phone was ****** since January they have been giving me problems I had to be the one to do a follow up

Last week I spoke Nqobile Ngiba so that I can choose a device, instead of replacing me with a device that has 128G space they delivered 64G device.

I contacted them immediately since then they haven't got back to me. They even overcharged me on Excess they said I should pay an excess of R450 for a device that cost R2999, mind you this is my first claim

They requested my proof of account claiming they will refund my, since nothing has been done.

They will no longer receive any money from me until they fix their nonsense, I will also contact the ombudsman regarding this matter.
