Worst ever service provider !

I was **** to by sales agent about the specs of Lenovo tablet I can't make calls or receive calls When data is used up all service are disconected no signal nothingm I wanted to cancel contract handset . The call centre were not very helpfull and instead reveal their dangerous policies and it do not help that I've never receive a copy of the contract to date. They were supposed to make a debit order but did not do it . Now they charge me a penalty fee. They gave me alternative means to pay them with cellphone. Instead I got info that my cellnumber don't exist . They finally make the debit order and know I still don't have any data from them no reception or network coverage I finally. Get hold of them on noisy line with rude consultant that disconect line cause he wants to talk alone I phone again this time the lady shock me when she revealed their very high inflated prices for cancellation. Nearly double what service providers are charging mrp*** are my ref number
