Won't remove Value Added Services on Demand.

<p>I clearly stated (via email, and calls, sms's) that i want these value added services they force down your throat to be removed from my account, after receiving confirmation that these have been removed, they still debitted my account. Clearly they don't know what they are doing, and I am very unhappy about this **** service.</p>
