Whats happening?

Tomorrow it will be three weeks since I received my i-phone 6, unfortunately it still has not yet been activated - after two phone calls to activate, I was out of the country for two weeks and in the 24hours since I have been back in RSA nothing has happened! The first payment is due on Friday - but what will I be paying for???? A phone I can't use or the airtime I did not receive?<br>
