<p>I needed some clarity / explanation on the difference between Professional and Private Cover with Discovery Insure. After some very poor service, I spoke to Walter Mogale with the intention of cancelling my cover. Walter, with a great amount of understanding, patience and professionalism, not only answered my question, but his GREAT manner on the phone, was the reason that I decided to stay with Discovery Insure.
