WAITING FOR REFUND TO BE PAID

Good day On the 12th of December 2017, I phoned Mr. Price MOBILE with regards to my account with them. I asked the lady if I make payment today the 12th December would my debit order still go off on the 15th December, she advise me that no, because it’s 3 days before the time. I made the payment of R 902.00 (amount she gave me was R 901.59) on the 12th December 2017. On 15th December 4 Debit orders went off of the total amount of R 919.59.

I phoned and the lady said i must wait 2 to 3 weeks for my refund... then I emailed them my query...

they rep**** to my email on the 15th December and said they can only refund my money in 10 working days. BECAUSE IT TAKES 10 WORKING DAYS FOR THEM TO CONFIRM PAYMENT. Well it has been 16 WORKING DAYS .... NO RESPOND OR ANY FEEDBACK... They must advise and refund my money in my account with immediate effect.
