Very very bad experience

Stay away from Mrp Mobile, I am still waiting for the outcome of their investigation about the contract that I'm struggling to cancel since November 2020 to date, all the know is sending me letter of demand.. They don't solve and don't even care. They promise to investigate but nothing was done. I have send emails but no response.. I still regret even now for taking a contract with you guys,, it means when someone takes a contract with its till death do us part, cause it difficult to cancel the contract with you, I don't know what one must do to cancel your contract without any hustle, coz you don't even help you want money... DISSAPOINTED
