Very poor service from their call centre

I lost my fone which I bought at mr price which was covered with monthly based insurance. When I went to report the missing phone they gave me the number to call when I call that number they said I must go to any mr price and get a claim form when I went to mr price again they told me I must get a case number I went to police station they said I must blacklist the phone I went to mr price again to help me blacklist the phone they called their support centre more than 5 times after a long hold they cut the phone eventually they answered and they gave the sales consultant another number to call again. By going back and forth after a long wait and still cutting the lines I spend almost 5 hours in the shop I decided to cancel the insurance I asked the lady to help me again to cancel the insurance still was long wait again at the end of the day I didn't get any help . I couldn't claim or cancel the insurance which has no use to me. I'm very Very Very Very disappointed with their service isn't like the time they call you and want you to take their insurance NOW IM STUCK WITH INSURANCE WHICH HAS NO USE.
