Very dissatisfied

I have a cellphone insurance with Mr Price for over 2 years now. The phone fell and it's already looking old as it is older than 2yrs. I put on a claim on the 10 December 2023 I was told to pay a R150 access in which I did, I was told the courrier is coming to fetch the phone for repair not for replacement. I'm very disappointed

I don't want any repaired phone I want a new phone because I've been paying so long and the phone alone is old, let's why I insured it to be replaced incases of accidents.

I'm not happy to get a repaired phone that was already giving me problems. I want a new phone.
