Very bad customer service

<p>I have a contract with mr price mobile and i have a serious problem with their monthly deductions. They deduct the instalments before an end of the month which we did not agree on, they also deduct ridiculous amount without my consent. Please help because i tried to discuss this with them but with no luck. I want to cancel my contract and cut losses with them because they are just a destruction to my finances. I will contact ombudsman for further assistance.</p>
