Useless

I took a phone from them and took also their insurance.Phone got lost a few months later.I wrote an email to their claims department which they never responded to until now.I went to the store after sometime waiting for their response.They told me what they needed and I submitted. Now they saying my claim is declined because I reported late when I wrote an email that they never responded to earlier.I don't recommend them.
