Upset customer

Hi my name is Nkululeko Mbatha I bought a Cellphone at Mr Price Cellular under payjoy contract at Kwamashu Station shopping center. I pain for 9 months and it was full paid the same day of last payment day the switch button stopped working on the 9th of March 2025 I took it back to store and they said they will text me explaining when I'm going to get my Cellphone back. Until I did not receive any text from them I have went 3 times to the shop but I'm not getting certifying answers like when I'm going to get my phone back. I would like to get refunded or a new phone
